Your item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 days of full payment. Please note that if you use Pay Pal, these take approximately 4 business days to clear and items will not be shipped until cleared.

We ship most all packages through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Prices below reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services, and packaging.

Returns

You may return your item for a refund only if your merchandise has arrived defective in some way. You may, however, exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving it by emailing info@twoplumspaper.com. Please do not return an item until you have contacted us.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Two Plums, and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when the item is received by us.
